The Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD) will hold the twenty-ninth Meeting of its Board of Directors at the Princess Buddy’s Hotel Turkeyen, Guyana, July 7-9, 2009.
The Board of Directors will pay particular attention to progress in a range of areas. Foremost among them is the harmonization of administrative arrangements for the implementation of the CSME, the development of a regional strategy for e-Governance and the introduction of a regional public service awards scheme.

The Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD) is leading the development of the Caribbean eGovernment Strategy and will host its third and final strategic planning meeting in a series of regional workshops on 23rd and 24th June, 2009.
This Strategy seeks to develop a drive and a commitment toward a strategic revolution in eGovernment in the region and create a blueprint for eGovernment that leverages the expertise of the region, multiplies the successes and gains, maximizes the value gained from expenditure and ensures that constituents receive the level of public service that is needed in tomorrow’s world.
